The Symposium Secretariat has negotiated special hotel rates wherefrom delegates can benefit when making their reservation through the Symposium Secretariat.
In general we can say that Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport, since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city. All hotels are centrally located. All breakfasts are served on a buffet basis. As per other meals - lunches and dinners are usually served in a form of buffet but it can easily be arranged for the meals to be served at tables.

How to book
Hotel reservations may be made by completing the online
Accommodation Form no later than February 15, 2010. The
number of rooms available for the Symposium is limited and
accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Payment for hotel accommodation
Your credit card details will serve as a guarantee of the
reservation. Written confirmation will be sent to you after the
receipt of your credit card details. Payment will be made directly
at the hotel.
Cancellation of hotel reservation and change
policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Symposium
Secretariat. For cancellations received after March 10, 2010 one
room night will be charged to your credit card.
