Registration is required for all Symposium participants and accompanying persons. Individual Registrations can only be made via the online registration form at:

Registration fee:
Early registration:  EUR 300 (payment before February 19, 2010)
Late registration:   EUR 360 (payment after February 19, 2010)
Residents:            EUR 150

The symposium fees include:
- Participation in all lectures and access to the exhibition area
- Symposium bag including program with abstracts
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Symposium Dinner
- Coffee at the exhibition area during the breaks
- Working lunches

Payment in euros without any charges to the beneficiary should be made

Important

• Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s)
• All payments should have the notification "1st SSC"
• For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
• Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
• VAT (20%) is included in the registration fee

Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
 

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations of Symposium registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than March 10, 2010 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Symposium. Cancellation received after March 10, 2010 will not be refunded.
